My dear heavy-headed, velvet-eared, tummy-warming, Mochi love-muffin, may your next incarnation bring you great joy, as you brought us all in this life, with your sweet smiles, playfulness, boundless energy (in the earlier days), and adoration. I miss you terribly already. Thank you for the beautiful 11 or so years Mokes!

The best Mochi story is about her graduation from obedience school. It was a great challenge to keep her focused enough to make it through class, but with great determination my sister Kelly perservered and Mochi surprisingly passed the class. However, as soon as they arrived home she was so excited, she tore up her graduation certificate! Oops.

"The call of death is a call of love. Death can be sweet if we answer it in the affirmative, if we accept it as one of the great eternal forms of life and transformation." Hermann Hesse

You will always be in our hearts, and we will forever feel the emptiness left on our laps, where you used to lay your head, and look up at us with those sweet sad eyes. Now it is our eyes that are sad and our heads that are heavy.

I finally have a new computer and although I'm still working on the ISP at home, I just posted a few new photos while at the library and wow that was fast! I've made it into the 21st century! Most of the pics are from my trip down to Sorrento on the Mornington Pennisula so you get to see a little (wintertime) aussie beach, not like the beaches of Sydney or farther north, but still lovely. Click on this one or go to www.flickr.com/photos/reneenoelle. Enjoy!
